This guide walks you through getting started with the Eagleview for Salesforce in Salesforce from a user’s perspective.
Before You Begin
Before using the application, ensure that:
- Your Salesforce administrator or consultant has installed and set up the integration.
- You have been assigned the appropriate Eagleview permission set for access.
Accessing the EagleView for Salesforce
Once the application is installed, connected, and configured, you will see the Eagleview Orders tab in Salesforce.
- If you don’t see it, ask your system administrator to add the tab to your Salesforce app for easier access.
What You Can Do with the Integration
The Eagleview for Salesforce App allows you to:
- Order Eagleview reports
- Upgrade existing reports
- Retrieve completed reports – manually or automatically
